Over the years, Mr. Jaffee has formed numerous corporations and LLC's for clients. Moreover, he has drafted Shareholder's agreements and other corporate documents.

Most importantly, he has represented numerous clients who were either buying or selling their businesses. As part of representing those clients, Mr. Jaffee has drafted buy-sell agreements, reviewed leases, examined franchise agreements, negotiated with landlords in preparing and assigning leases, and drafted closing documents. Included in the types of businesses that Mr. Jaffee has been involved in buying or selling are numerous restaurants, gas stations, professional practices such as Dentists and Optometrists, and franchise businesses such as a UPS store.

Finally, Mr. Jaffee has reviewed leases for businesses that were looking to start a new business and were dealing directly with the prospective landlord.
