When Mr. Jaffee was with the Department of Justice, he was the Justice Department Attorney in charge of monitoring the Federal Narcotics Rehabilitation Act. Ever since that time, Mr. Jaffee has had great compassion for individuals with drug problems and he has attempted to help these individuals deal with their illness.
